This place is definitely NOT for party junkies or either fashion freaks, people here stay healthy, go to bed early and wake up early in order to catch the best waves. No matter who you are beginner or pro, you will get the best service and professional help in both surf school for beginners and surf trips for advanced surfers. All instructors of Tortuga surf school cooperating with the hotel are extremely professional, they don't limit themselves on a simple "paddle, push", here you will get a real surfing military in a good sense. They also have a good choice of boards, in a perfect condition, you won't find a half-dead piece of wood in there, and the rental prices of any kind of equipment are super friendly as well, same as instructors time spent on you. The owners speak a bunch of different languages, such as perfect English, Spanish and French, so make yourself comfortable to have a nice good night chat before tomorrow's work out. To say that staff is friendly is to say nothing, the first thing you see when you enter the hotel is a big nice and super kind smile, these people have everything to make you feel homy, you can ask anything anytime. Although the hotel is not that much about a family style, I traveled with the baby, well my baby is used to travel and I have to say he received a perfect care in this hotel, all kitchen facilities were for us anytime he gets hungry and after we were chilling in super clean swimming pool, when mommy was surfing the baby was staying happy playing under a big umbrella on the beach.
